Advantages- Enables meaningful learning, helps to memorise and retention, it’s more engaging, it makes complex issues easier to understand. 

Disadvantaged- people struggling to form one, if done wrong can be confusing, thought of them being unprofessional, hold little information, doesn’t work for everyone, lack visual data, doesn’t plan time.

Mood board

Advantages- fluid, establish the basic, creative, physical examples can be used, collaboration is easier, colour scheme and house style, key words, themes.  

Disadvantages- don’t loom professional, some people cant understand them, not easy for everyone to  create,  can show all the proposal, not a lot of writing on them, client may not understand the idea you’re creating, doesn’t plan timing, cant organise equipment. 

Blue-Sky Thinking

 Advantages- helps people brain storm, focus on the idea, discuss and explain each other’s ideas in depth easier, find it easier for people to discuss and overcome obstacles, save time, assign roles easier.

Disadvantages- miss details for client, too repetitive, disagreements.

SWOT Analysis

Advantages- organised potential problems or further move or expand, helpful to achieve project, helps break down the projects issues, helps avoid problems.

Disadvantages- new threats could appear, time consuming, could miss issues.
