Proposal/treatments/project outline - A plan or suggestion, made to outline what you plan on doing, why and how for the client brief. Production schedule - Plan out the raw materials that you may use, planning technique, work flow, activities and tasks, (work plan) SWOT analysis - Outlines the internal strengths and weaknesses, created to show the client the threats, problems and their possible competitors. Asset log - Personal log for all the assets to avoid loosing any, tells us where we are getting the assets from and where we are getting them from. Call sheet - Tells the staff where they need to be, when and if they need any equipment, contact information. Risk assessment - Outlines any risks that may occur when the product is being made, low risk, medium risk, high risk and how these can be avoided/minimize.
