- Production schedule: dates, times, task, milestones, deadline dates, contingency plans
- SWOT analysis: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, profit, internal and external factors
- Asset log: props, things needed to make the project, sourced/found asset, original asset, link of where you get them from
- Call sheet: who is there, when they are there, what equipment people need to bring, where equipment is, time
- Risk assessment (recces- going to a location to identify essentials): outlining the risks of a task, how the tasks can be avoided, health and safety,
- Storyboard: camera movement, actors, timing, dialogue, drawings, written scene content, key sounds, scene number
- Script: dialogue, stage directions, actor of who is saying what, tone of voice, voice directions, description of the scene, scene number, diegetic sounds, non diegetic sounds, editing techniques
- Shooting script: camera mans script, directors script, camera movements, timing of the shots, when you need to film, character names, scene content
- Concept art: drawings, colour, drawing of the scene, progression and change, deign of characters, location of a place drawn, texture, movement of characters, character shape
- Visualisation diagram: annotation, colour, brief drawing, text, house styles, fonts, places of videos, titles, position and layout of elements, content
- Flat plan/ wireframe: showing the placing of content, websites, apps, navigation, layout, header, footer, copywriter, search bar, picture placeholder with cross boxes, annotations of what the boxes are off, text placeholders with sample text
- Prototype: brief drawing of a product, annotation, colour, shows the basic functions/design
- Page mock-up: colour, annotation, brief/draft, double page spread, specifically for newspapers and magazines
- Set design: layout of equipment and props, indoor set ups, outdoor set ups, usually studios
- Form (i.e. consent, release): signature place, what they are consenting too, locations, dates, actors, models, hiring equipment
- Site structure diagram: purpose, navigation, overall organisation, annotation, how the pages link
